A warm welcome to
2006! Have you set some clear goals for yourself this year? Remember the
“SMART” goal concept. A good goal is Specific, measurable, attainable,
realistic and timely. |

Why not pick up
some positive audio tapes or CDs to listen to this year while traveling
in your car? Program your world with the positive. |

Remove the word
“if” from your vocabulary and replace it with “when.” Write down some
positive affirmations to inspire you this year. |

Do you have any
relationships that are unhealthy or hurtful in your life? Take a moment
today to think about how you could set limits on this relationship in
order to improve your well- being. |

Did you start today
by wishing yourself a heart-felt good morning and saying, “Something
great is going to happen today.. I can’t wait to see what it is?” Start
every day with a Good Morning...

Make a visit to your favorite book or
stationary store today. Treat yourself to an inspirational book.
Purchase a blank book to record your goals, affirmations and progress
updates throughout 2006.

Take a moment today to connect with God
or nature. Find and feel the simple beauty that surrounds you

A good night’s sleep is vital to
high-performance. A recent study revealed that 7 hours is actually the
optimum sleep amount. Make sure to get your zzzs tonight. |

The second Tuesday of each month has
been designated as "Tidy Day." Find as many 10 minute increments as you
can, set your
timer, and work on those areas of the home (or paper piles) that
have been causing you stress. |

and cross your "Ts." Back up your computer. Check the batteries in your
smoke alarms. Perform a self-breast exam. Focus on advance preparation
to avoid problems later. |

Boredom breeds fatigue. What simple
activities can you add to your life to give it more zest? |

Today take the stairs instead of the
elevator. Park a little further back in the parking lot. See how much
exercise you can get by not taking shortcuts. |

Take a moment today to visualize
yourself completing one of the goals you have set for yourself in 2006.
Imagine how great the accomplishment will feel. |

Tonight, leave work at work! Don’t bring
anything home and don’t let work thoughts impede on your time with
family. |

time to have focused communication with a friend or family member. |

values, could you? If not, spend some time reflecting and defining your

Visit a card shop today and buy and send
5 cards to friends or family you haven’t talked to in a while. |

smile. Renew your heart through laughter. |
