Multiply its effectiveness by writing it

Gratitude Check: Make sure to maintain
your daily gratitude list. Each night add the things for which you are
most grateful. |

Today - give 10 smiles to those who need
them. Smile brightly, give someone a compliment. Watch how your simple
words and simple deeds can change someone's outlook. Remember that those
who seem least likely to smile--need your smile the most. |
